See the latest manufacturer to join the UK’s original BIM library

Another new manufacturer for you? Oh, why not! This is third and final new arrival on bimstore for this week...

Say hello to Celuform!

Celuform is the specifier's choice of PVC-UE roofline, cladding and window finishing products and all products are manufactured to future legislative standards. Celuform’s initial foundations started nearly 40 years ago and since then it has gone from strength to strength. It is now regarded as a pedigree for the specification market both in the UK and in Europe. It has established partnerships with some of the key house builders and registered social landlords in the UK. Celuform’s key product, Celutex, is a lightweight, shiplap embossed PVC-UE cladding board which successfully imitates timber with authentic wood grain features and can be used and installed using traditional wood installation skills, practices and tools.

The week on bimstore Celuform has gone live with four new product lines being made available as Revit BIM components. Here are the new BIM objects that you can now download now.

MPB Plain Soffit - A 9mm thick, flat, soffit / general purpose board available in white and a variety of foiled woodgrain colours. Designed to be used with all Celuform Fascias in roofline applications. Foil versions are wrapped / finished around both edges.

MPDV 25mm Air Gap Soffit - A 9 mm range of vented soffits available in white and a variety of foiled woodgrain colours. These vented soffits offer 25mm continuous air gap equivalents ideal for warm roof ventilation applications.

MPV 12.5mm Air Gap Soffit - A 9 mm range of vented soffits available in white and a variety of foiled woodgrain colours. These vented soffits offer 12.5mm continuous air gap equivalents ideal for cold roof ventilation applications.

Vanquish Fascia - A 16mm load-bearing, square, fascia board with a 36mm return leg. Allows direct fixing of rainwater systems without needing timber support. Soffit easily engages into the recess at the back of the Vanquish fascia.
