The 70mm depth outer frame means easier installation and less making good for the majority of projects and a great selection of purpose-made ancillaries, mean that the basic frame can be customised to suit the job. The 6-chambered outerframe and 5-chambered sash plus bigger glass area means Optima offers excellent thermal performance.
An optional third seal to the sash and outer frame, and recycled thermal inserts increase the number of ways you can achieve the required energy-efficiency ratings, without falling back on the most expensive gas fills.
