Global specialist Legrand increase their BIM object range

We’re only a few days into 2016 but we’ve already got a whole heap of content just gone live on bimstore that we can’t wait to tell you about! The first one we’re going to talk about today is Legrand.

Legrand joined bimstore, the UK’s original BIM library, in November 2015 and their initial offering was quickly enhanced in December with the arrival of the Cablofil Steel Wire Cable Tray System. Legrand, who have been manufacturing in the UK since 1980, are the global specialist in electrical and digital building infrastructures. They are committed to offering innovative solutions that meet regulatory requirements while controlling their processes to limit risk and cut down on unnecessary waste.

New on bimstore for Legrand is the Salamandre Distribution Trunking. With its unique pre-fitted coupling system, integrated shake-proof screws and clip-on lid, Salamandre sets the standard for fitting speed - fitting times can be at least 50% quicker than any alternative. With a smooth safety edge for easier handling, the innovative design of Salamandre has led not only to demonstrable savings for installers and contractors but also to a significantly reduced total installed cost.

Why not take a look at Legrand’s profile and see the current range of BIM objects available on bimstore now.
