Glass mineral wool insulation Revit BIM components available to download now

Superglass Insulation Ltdjoined bimstore just a little over a year ago, back in February 2016.

As the UK’s only independent manufacturer of glass mineral wool insulation, Superglass Insulation Ltd can offer thermal and acoustic glass mineral wool products that meet exacting standards, together with a tailored service. They offer impressive product quality and consistency, together with a range of products and innovations to meet the ever-changing regulations and environmental pressures.

When they joined us early last year, they initially went live with two of their most popular products – the Multi-Roll 44 and the Party Wall Roll. These were quickly followed by the Cladding Mat 32/35/37 & 40, the Timber & Rafter Roll 32/35/ & 40 and the Superwhite 34 Cavity Wall Insulation. A couple of recent updates have seen the number of listings rise to nine products and now available to download as Revit BIM components are the following products:

Acoustic Partition Roll (APR)

Superglass Acoustic Partition Roll (APR) is a lightweight, non-combustible glass mineral wool insulation roll. The flexible roll is supplied at 1200mm, 2x600mm or 3x400mm widths to allow easy installation between common stud spacings and minimum on-site cutting and waste.

Multi Acoustic Roll

Superglass Multi Acoustic Roll is a lightweight, non-combustible glass mineral wool insulation roll. The flexible roll is perforated at 2x600mm and 3x400mm widths to allow easy installation between common stud spacings and minimum on-site cutting and waste. Manufactured at a minimum density of 10kg/m³.

Superwall 32/34 & 36

Superglass Superwall is a British Board of Agrément (BBA) approved, non-combustible and water repellent glass mineral wool insulation cavity wall batt. The flexible batt is supplied at 455mm wide to allow easy installation between standard vertical wall tie spacings and minimum on-site cutting and waste.

TF Party Wall Roll

Superglass TF Party Wall Roll is a lightweight, non-combustible glass mineral wool insulation roll. The flexible roll is supplied 2x675mm wide to allow easy installation and minimum on-site cutting and waste. Manufactured at a minimum density of 18kg/m³
